Tall Timbers consists of 67 beautifully appointed guest rooms and apartments. All of Tall Timbers accommodation is situated at the rear of the main hotel complex and designed to take advantage of the stunning views that surround the property. Accommodation styles at this country retreat are enhanced by a well appointed gym, indoor heated pool, tennis courts, two bars and a bottle shop.

Situated on 125 acres, Tall Timbers boasts an expansive garden area, BBQ facilities, trout stocked dam and stream set in a spacious rural setting. Dining

Kauri Bistro: Features a menu that celebrates the outstanding world acclaimed fresh produce of this region. Seafood harvested in Bass Strait, prime North West Coast beef and lamb, crisp fresh vegetables and the highest quality dairy products all feature extensively on the bistro menu. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner daily.

Gunn's Lounge Bar: Adjacent to the magnificent Kauri Bistro. A grand horseshoe shaped bar with Black Heart Sassafras panels at its base separates the lounge from the bistro, creating the perfect spot for a pre-dinner drink, or why not try one of Tall Timbers' superb cocktails, or just relax and chat with friends and the locals.

Howie's Oasis Gaming Room: Provides total gaming entertainment, offering Tas Keno and 15 gaming machines for the punter. The room features Tasmanian Oak timber finishes and a majestic stone fire place, creating a cosy and welcoming environment on chilly winter nights. The gaming room is open Monday to Saturday from 11.00am, and on Sundays from 12.00 noon.

Miller's Bar: This rustic themed bar is the main public bar at Tall Timbers. Entertainment facilities include 2 pool tables, a video jukebox, a large television screen for the sport-minded guest, and a live band on Friday nights. Miller's Bar is open Monday to Sunday from 11.00am.
